The diagnostic software shipped by Mercedes-Benz to its dealers comes complete with all the settings and diagnostic trouble codes needed to maintain your Binz extended-chassis E-Class vehicles in tip-top condition.

And if a dealer has not got a particular part on the shelf, one call to our Parts Department will have that item on its way to them via overnight courier. By designing around Mercedes-Benz components wherever possible, not only do we maintain the original manufacturer's brand values and strengths, but we ensure that your Binz can quickly and easily be serviced and repaired once out in the field.

Our workshops are staffed by Mercedes-Benz trained technicians, and have exactly the same STAR Diagnostic tools available to them as do franchised dealerships. Best of all, if you are within 100 miles of Reading, we will even collect and return your Binz free of charge. (Or indeed, other Mercedes-Benz or Volvo based limousine or hearse….)
