TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RAFFLES

1.1 Eligible to participate are all persons who have reached the age of 18, have their permanent residence in Germany or Austria, and participate personally from their computer location in Germany or Austria.

1.2 Only participants who have answered all questions of the competition or prize draw correctly, truthfully, and completely, and who have registered with all required information in the online form provided for this purpose and submitted their data via this form, will be considered.

1.3 Each participant may only take part once in the respective competition. Multiple participation will result in exclusion.

1.4 MAPA GmbH may exclude individual persons from participation at any time if there are justified reasons, such as a breach of the terms and conditions, the use of pseudonyms, duplicate participation, unlawful influence on the competition through manual or technical manipulation, membership in a prize competition association, or similar circumstances. In such cases, prizes may also be subsequently revoked and reclaimed.

1.5 Employees of MAPA GmbH and their relatives are excluded from participation.

1.6 The closing date for entries is the date specified in the respective competition.

2.1 The prizes to be won are determined by the respective competition announcement by MAPA. Cash payment is not possible for prizes that are not cash prizes. Prizes cannot be transferred to other persons. If the prize is a trip, MAPA will determine the travel details, including the travel date. Rebooking or cash payment is not possible. If a winner does not take the trip on the date and under the conditions determined by MAPA, the prize will be forfeited.

2.2 Winners are selected by random draw in accordance with the principle of chance. Participation does not give rise to any legally enforceable claim to the awarding of prizes.

2.3 Winners will be notified by email. Participants are responsible for the accuracy of their information, in particular their address details. If a winner does not respond within 15 calendar days after notification, their claim to the prize will lapse and an alternate winner will be selected as described above.

3.1 By participating in the competitions, the participant expressly agrees that MAPA GmbH or the company/companies commissioned by it to carry out the competition may store the data required for this purpose for the duration of the competition/prize draw.

3.2 The data will be deleted 14 days after the end of the competition. The participant may revoke their consent at any time and thus withdraw from participation. MAPA GmbH points out that all personal data of participants in the competitions/prize draws will not be made accessible to third parties.

MAPA GmbH expressly reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time if there are justified interests, or to terminate a competition prematurely without stating reasons. A justified interest exists in particular if there are indications that the competition is being manipulated by third parties, or if the execution is unreasonably hindered or made impossible due to unforeseen technical or other factual circumstances. There is no entitlement to a prize.

5.1 Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining terms and conditions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the purpose of the invalid provision.

5.2 Legal recourse is excluded.
